At first, I ignored the prediction and put in my mind that’s this ain’t be true at all times; and still hoping for the “Boy”. In fact, I have already a name for a boy and the same as Thesa has. But when our little Ayen Princess came, I ignored the "boy & girl issue. I just utter to my self, she's blessing with us no matter what and better plan next time. (just kidding).

By the way, this Chinese Gender Calendar was supposedly discovered by Chinese Scientist who drew this chart which was buried in a Royal tomb near Beijing about 700 years ago. The original is now at the Beijing Institute of Science.
A Chinese birth chart supposedly predicts the gender of a baby with a 95 percent accuracy. Find out if the legend has you having a boy or a girl.
If you're already pregnant, find out if the Chinese birth chart predicts that you're having a girl or a boy. If you're considering getting pregnant and are really hoping for one gender or the other, use this chart as a guide to the best month for you to get pregnant.
Here's how to use it: Find the month of conception as well as your exact age at the time of conception. Where your age and month of conception meet will tell you if legend says your baby is going to be a boy or a girl!
There are still some factors to be considered more knowing your Chinese lunar age to apply on this special calendar. Because there are a bit difference between Chinese calendar and Gregorian/English calendar (present time calendar). And that’s somehow affect the predictions.
To arrive at your Chinese Lunar Age: I believe the way to calculate it is this: If you were born from January 1st - February 20th (inclusive of these dates), you should use your real (Gregorian/English Calendar) age. However, if you were born from February 21st - December 31st (again, inclusive of these dates),you should add one year to your Gregorian age.
But then, if you still confuse, click this baby face and it will tell you the gender of your future baby.
